Adding RivahFest Pageants this year is very exciting! This gives our local communities a chance to showcase their adorable children, and also for our older contestants to prove that along with beauty comes class and intelligence, as well. We have divided three of our categories into “Little Women” and “Little Men” so that our handsome boys can also participate.

All questions about judging expectations and attire are included on the applications, but if you have any other questions, please contact Heather Taylor at 804-445-1640.
