Restricted Access
The Tappahannock RivahFest area will be closed to the following traffic: cars, trucks, personal golfcarts, bicycles, mopeds, skate boards between 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Only pedestrian traffic will be permitted. These restrictions will be enforced by the Tappahannock Town police and the Essex County Sheriff's department.

ADA compliant vehicles such as scooters or wheelchairs designed for individual operator handicap or disabled drivers are permitted.

Please leave your pets at home - for the safety and convenience of all visitors, no dogs are permitted in the RivahFest Festival area.

The only golf carts permitted are those operated by the RivahFest steering committee, the Tappahannock Town police department, and the Essex County Sheriff's department.
