RivahFest 5K Run/Walk

The 5K run is not being run this year!!

Info below relates to 2012 race.

RivahFest 5k Run/Walk. There are separate classes for male and female runners and walkers. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers.



Registration for the 5K Run/Walk on the day of the race. T-Shirts will be distributed to the first registrants while supplies last. The race begins at the Rappahannock Recreation Pool, 566 Airport Road, Tappahannock, Virginia.

  

The race will start at the recreation pool area, run up Airport Road, turn left into the airport, turn left and run down the runway to the end, then back up to the end, turn left and run through the gate to Marsh Street, turn left and run to Rouzie Drive, turn right, run around the drive then back to Marsh Street, turn left, run back to the entrance to the Airport, turn right, stay straight to Airport Road, turn right and run back to the recreation pool area. This provides a flat, fast, non-impact course.
