Space for Arts & Crafts vendors is available on a first come first served basis so apply as soon as possible and take advantage of a lower booth rent with your application submitted prior to the above deadlines. Space is limited and will fill early! Vendors who wish to be considered for inclusion in the Arts & Crafts area must have at least 80% of their merchandise handmade by the exhibitor. The Exhibitor agreement contains additional categories for vendors who don't meet this requrement. Vendors can apply to remain open in the “Golden Circle” area near the Main Stage until 7 PM. If you would like to be considered for placement in this area, please check box on the application form. THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE. Set up begins at 7 am. Show begins at 10 am. Your booth must be ready for public viewing by 9:30 am on June 19, 2010. Exhibitor must provide tents, tables, chairs, table coverings. Sale of knives, firearms or weapons will be prohibited. No trailers/vehicles may be used for display of wares in the Arts/Crafts area. Deadline for inclusion on website and in festival program is April 1, 2010. Please read the full RivahFest rules and conditions in the Agreement that you can download below. Exhibitor will receive confirmation of acceptance & area placement, refusal, or wait-list status in self-addressed stamped envelope p[rovided by the vendor. Setup instructions and other pertinent information will be mailed to you before event. Pre-assigned spaces will be provided at check-in. | ||||||||||||||||
